Wash your veggies and dry them thoroughly. Then, cut them into long strips.
If your meat is not cut already, cut into smaller rectangles; approximately 2″ or 3″ by 4″ or 5″ pieces.
Next, take a few strips of each kind of veggie and put it on a piece of steak. Roll the steak up around the veggies and put a toothpick through the ends of the meat to hold into place.
Sprinkle your seasonings on the steak.
Throw your steak rolls on the grill until the meat is done to your liking.
