Ingredients

cups
rice cereal
1/2
cup
honey
1/2
cup
peanut butter (natural)
Instructions
Spray an 8×8 or 9×6 dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Measure 2 cups of rice cereal into a medium sized bowl.
Pour your peanut butter and honey into a small saucepan. Heat and stir until the two are melted and thoroughly combined.
Remove mixture from heat and pour over the cereal. Mix well.
Spread the rice krispy mixture into your prepared pan, patting down firmly
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
Cut and serve. You can keep remaining rice krispie treats in an airtight container in the fridge for a week.
Recipe Notes
You can use any kind of nut butter in place of peanut butter, and maple syrup in place of honey.
