Place your chicken in the crockpot, or stock pot. Toss in the veggies, lemon and sprinkle with seasonings. Cover the mixture completely with water and put a lid on top. Set your crockpot on low for 6-8 hours, high for 3-4 hours, or boil in a stockpot for 20-30 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink inside and the veggies are tender.
