First, crush your candy canes and set aside. Prep 2 cookie sheets by lining with wax paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the 2 chex mixes and the pretzels.
Melt the chocolate, according to package directions. Drizzle the chocolate over the top of the mix. As you drizzle, toss in crushed peppermint and m&m’s.
Lightly toss the mixture and repeat step 2. Continue this until the first bag of chocolate and about 2/3 of the candy is used up.
Pour the chex mix onto 2 cookie sheets and spread it out. Then, melt and drizzle your next tray of chocolate over the mixture. Add remaning candy and sprinkles on top.
Let it cool and then break it up and put it in a large bowl to serve. You can also put them in individual cupcake liners to serve or give away as treats.
