Ingredients

pounds
frozen potatoes,
diced or shredded
1
stick
butter
melted
1
can
condensed cream of chicken soup
1
cup
sour cream
2
cups
cheddar cheese,
grated and divided in half
1/4
cup
onion,
finely chopped
2
cups
corn flakes
1/2
cup
butter
melted
salt and pepper,
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine soup, 1 stick of melted butter, 1 cup cheese, onion, sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Add the frozen potatoes and stir until combined.
Place potatoes in a 9×13 pan.
In a separate bowl, mix cornflakes with 1/2 cup melted butter. Sprinkle on top of the potato mixture in the pan. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake, uncovered, for 30-45 mins or until it is hot and bubbly all the way through.
