  1. First, chop up/crush your candy bars or cookies into small pieces.
  2. In a 9×13 pan, lay out your ice cream sandwich close together. Cut remaining sandwiches to fit around the edges of the pan.
  3. Spread half of the cool whip on top of the sandwiches.
  4. Sprinkle candy bars/cookies on top of the cool whip and drizzle chocolate and caramel sauces on top.
  5. Do one more layer of sandwiches, cool whip, candy bars and sauces.
  6. Put in the freezer for about one hour, or until the cake is firm.
