I’ve had a lot of students request plushies….so here you go!! And to make it even more fun, it’s a reversible plushie! Choose to be happy, or choose to be mad; either way this adorable plushie will keep you smiling all summer long!
There is a little bit of handstitching in this class. It’s very basic, so if you haven’t handstitched before, have no fear! I’ll make it easy on you.
I will say that the small seam allowance, curvy edges, and minky fabric take this project up a level. It’s easy enough, but it might be somewhere between beginning-intermediate. I wouldn’t recommend it to a student straight out of sewing basics. I would recommend that they join after taking several workshops with me. Alternatively, we can simplify the fabric to flannel if your child really wants to join but isn’t quite sure if they’re ready for minky. Don’t be intimidated-just ask me and I’ll let you know if they’re ready for this class!
I will provide all the fabric your child will need. Please bring your own sewing machine and sewing tools. I’ve had several students missing lots of tools, so please check your bags before you come to make sure you have everything you need! 😉
